Wigan Post go digital to cut costs
Anyone can support a team when it is winning, that takes no courage.
But to stand behind a team, to defend a team when it is down and really needs you,
that takes a lot of courage. #18thMan

An analogue telly in a digital age. I only buy the Post if my kids are in for world book day pics
Re: Wigan Post go digital to cut costs
Well I think it's a real shame, and takes away half the reason for buying a Saturday Post.
Can't believe this won't hit their circulation figures further. Taken with the recent news about Wish FM, these are not happy times for local media.

Only reason to get it was the local sports news. Will lose sales to at lot of Latics and RL fans.
The Wigan Observer is getting as bad; published on Tuesday but rarely in the shops before Wednesdays these days.
All due to moving printing to Birmingham I believe.
