Hi All!!
I'm a Wigan fan living in Yorkshire & the record shop I work for has been nominated for an award with a local dance radio station, Galaxy FM.
I would be eternally grateful if any fellow fans could take a couple of minutes to vote for
"THE DISC, BRADFORD"

Is this topic really necessary? I understand the 'favour' part but what if I asked the same?

I work for Sports World (arch enemy to JJB) and if I asked all the members to vote for that company for outstanding sales excellence in customer service (haha, as if), I doubt anyone would vote. Completely off topic and pointless IMO.

Why should we vote for a record shop in yorkshire?

I understand your point, just thought i'd ask nicely!
I did post it in the off topic forum for that reason.

In relpy to you adrenalinxx, the award we've been nominated for is best record shop.

Sorry if i offended any of you, like i said, i just thought i would ask!

Arch enemy? All they sell is tacky looking Lonsdale stuff and Adidas & Umbro stuff left from the early '90s.


I don't understand why I would want to vote for a record shop I've never even seen or heard of. Makes a mockery of the voting doesn't it?

I only put the post up because I got some great support off some of the other members last year.
It's not a problem, don't loose sleep over it.
