I would be really surprised if he didnt make an apearance on wed. I dont fancy going into the first game of the season with no game time on our star player.

you have to feel sorry for whitehaven... there fans would have been really excited getting a massive side like wigan in a friendly anmd they have now decided to send all the fringe players or kids.....it doesnt bother me but i feel for the whitehaven fans...

There have been such a change in players this year i would of thought it advisable to get them out on the park trying some moves before we get into the start of the season.

Spoke to a current Wigan player the other day had a good chat for 10 mins or so and he said Barret was struggling wityh his calf wouldnt be surprised if he missed wed.
