Lets just hope Morley doesnt try to take a chunk out of him, especially if he is carrying a slight injury.

PNB i am in the minority on here who rates Briers but to compare Trent and Lee in the same sentance is farcical.

Barrett is not in the same mold as Briers or Paul Cooke even.
Briers/Cooke creates, Barrett does not so much. He's more of a running back as in the mold of McGuire.
McGuire is nothing without Burrow and/or Sinfield.

You are putting all your creativity pressures upon Leuluai now, just like you did with Danny Ore last season. When Dobson came to create, Ore came good in his own game. Moran was not creative enough. It was never Ore's fault, it was an ill-balanced partnership.

Barrett will rely heavily on Leuluai and I don't think Leuluai will quite cut the mustard. I think his fate will end up the same way Moran went and you will try to get Dobson or even Stacey Jones over before the end of the season.

There, chew on that lot you pies, your gonna give me a barrage of it now. It should make for some happy reading tonight and tomorrow!

Lets just agree to differ on this one and let them do it on the pitch.

you do have a point though, an Australian that has played State of Origin and for Australia against a SH who can't even make the GB squad. No comparison

Funny that you liken Barrett to McGuire - when McGuire has been picked ahead of Briers at international level

Barrett does create - however Briers can't make the runs - how many 50 metre + tries does he score a season?

I just find it hilarious that with your one eyed view of Briers you think that he is even in the same league as Barrett.

Suppose you think that Briers is a better all round player than Ellery Hanley was too?
