HELP lost season ticket...

Lost season ticket aaaarrrgggghhhhh
Can I pay an admin fee to the ticket office? Could I do it on match day? Could I take ID TO PROOVE ITS ME IF NOT (with season ticket letter)?

not sure if I've seen this before on a thread??? but, i don'y have a voucher book for the kids away ??? Have i lost them ( christmas and new year??) or do they just show their credit card season tickets?? Help??

UPDATE: Just rang the ticket office and they then told me to ring police to get a lost prop number. I then rang the police and waited 5 mins for someone to pick up and when she did pick it up she said can I call back later as the phones aren't working!!! Think about it.
Ah well...At least it's not match day in 14hrs time is it. AARRRGGGHHHH

i dont know whether it will help but last season i left my season ticket at home and seen as its 50miles to my house from the jjb goin home for it wasnt an option. i went to the ticket office and explained id left me ticket at home and they game me a match ticket for the game. u may be able to do this for tomorrows game if you cant get a replacement in time.

on the back of the tickets it used to say if lost a replacement can be purchased for £5 from the ticket office.....

i dont know if you can now but you used to be able to, a hope its some help to you mate...

reet. All sorted over phone. I have just to go to the west ticket office next to players entrance and get a new one. Cost a fiver to replace. I'll find the old one now I bet. Cheers for all your helps.

Ring them!

just had a prob with mine so rang them earlyer and they've issued me with a replacement untill my season ticket turns up!
