morley

Post by the_cow »

i watched the game on tv and thought morley was poor. i didnt notice he was on the pitch until he tried to fly into a tackle and missed. then it showed him later on the bench and his eye had closed up- must have taken a hit or a punch.

Ricky Stuart, ex Roosters coach was quoted as saying that Morley never had intent in his tackles to sriously hurt opposition players and that on the occasions he was sent off was due to miss timed tackles. Well Moz you certainly miss timed this one well buddy.

He has a suspected fractured eye socket - not a nice injury. They are currently waiting for the swelling to go down before they can assess the damage

It's a pretty nasty injury - and depending on whether it is a break; and the severity of it, it could see him miss quite a few matches

Interviewer: So that obviously means that you're not going to St Helens and you're not going to Leeds?

Frano: I don't know why I would ever want to go to St Helens or Leeds
