I was sure that I say Kevin Brown driving around Wigan today in his chav car and then saw him again later near Orrell. Tonight I'm sure I saw him again in a clip on North West Tonight walking out of court in an article about pitbull dogs.

Didn't anyone else see the the North West Tonight clip or him around Wigan or is it just me :what:
