i thought that how come the crowd always seem bigger at latics because like on the day they play there is always police around wigan and loads go but suppose it is beacuse the prices are alot cheaper that the rugby too! :eh:

The police presence is due to a larger proportion of football fans are hooligans compared to virtually none that follow our wonderful sport of RL.

A mate of mine follows Blackpool and he was escorted from Wallgate to the ground by a barrage of policemen.
