it just takes time to let your body clock change. read before you go to bed in the morning and then go to bed at the same time everyday.it's ok once you get used to it. good luck

pro plus and coffee. Also have a walk outside when you feel tired. I worked them for four years and a walk usually woke me up. Go to bed as soon as you get in from work and dont get up for anything(especially an alarm). That is all i used to do. Feel really sorry for ya :o

My lad works shifts (week of days followed by week of nights).
answer is hard to give, as everyone is different.
However few tips. When first on nights caffeine tablets or red bull (in true BBC style, other similar drinks are also available).
Try and eat when you get in from nights and then go to bed after a couple of hours. Try and get up at least 2 hours before you need to get to work and eat a decent meal. this sets you up for the night and givs you a couple of hours to fully wake up.

If anything, it is a case of getting into a routine and do what works best for you. Good luck :)

My husband worked nights as part of his shifts!

It was great, all that free time and extra room in the bed.

He works "normal hours" now, bring back the nights I say they rock!!

The good looking one!
