Just got back myself.. I loved it, i was loving standing outside the city arms having loads of banter with opposition fans and having a cold beer!! then going in watching the rugby.. realising that i didnt want to watch quins v cats and decided to return to the city arms for some more of the party atmosphere.. won myself a Dandelion and Burdock ball. Shame about the result of our match but as a concept its brilliant, we stayed for yesterdays matches aswell and it was great booing Ganson for what is another blunder by the scouse w*nker!!! I am glad I am not as sceptical as some on this message board...

I don't have a problem with the concept, it's just the mockery it's making of the league set up.
Would you think it was a good idea if we were to be relegated by 2 points (due to having played and probabaly lost to Stains 4 times)?

:conf: Will a continuation mean more of the same re the fixture list? In 2009 will SL not be franchised or will it kick in the year after?

I have read all the quotes in the media and far far too many of them are asking more existing supporters from the heartlands to support the event if it goes ahead next year (it will) BUT why? How does 40,000+ Northerners help development in Wales. We offered the Welsh 6 matches, 6 derbies and what did we get in return, 10,000 Welsh people watching those games. Divide that by 6 matches and it less than 2000 per match. I fail to see that this event will do anything other than boost the Cardiff economy.

Bit of a false argument that reallyIf you dont have enough points youre not good enough. Anyway we are getting closer to the stains game by game. If we play then enough times we might win one

After the 3 years at cardiff is up will the RL Do a deal to bring the heavenly game north of the border again to old reekie ie Murryfield

I for one would def travel the 40miles to the east coast of Bonnie Scotland to watch great RL even in a Dump of a city

Because as every one knows Glasgow's Smiles Better
