That rule has been around for years. In the '90's Mark Phillopousis (spelling) won a five set match 23-21 in the final set. There have been quite a few games like this. According to Radio five live yesterday.

True, but i think that the US open doesnt follow that rule and they have a final set tie-break :conf:

wel tigerous tim goes bye bye, yet again to a nobody. why does he always lose in tournaments no one has heard of against wild cards and late qualifiers. i know it was wimbledon but come on tim!!! retire

But Ana's still there, so I'm happy...! I think Britain should stop even attempting to play tennis and just accept that it's a sport for foreign totty to play :D :D
