Ex-league man to return?

Got a hot rumour from a source inside the club, or just something you heard down the pub? Then what are you waiting for, post it on The Rumour Mill.

Come on buddy, "a toatally different sport", you are having a laugh.
There is something seriously wrong if Walker could not make a go of it in Union after playing for Leeds Rhinos, especially if he is as quick, fit and strong as what has been indicated he is.
Favouritism has nothing to do with it then? So why does Goulding not get more game time - for the same reason Chev Walker (may or maynot), have made an impact in RU
Where has the favouritism bit come from, has that been stated or commented at Bath RFU. If he was as good as you say he is, he would have been a world beater at Yawnion.
Me personally, I dont rate him.
In another thread, one (bored) Wigan fan watched a game involving Bath and another team (cannot remember who), he/she reported that he was sat on the bench. IMO very hard to make much of an impact (for a centre), off the bench.

And even less of an impact if he doesn't play at all. Which apparently he didn't.

I understand what you are saying, but surely if he was that good, he wouldnt be sitting on the bench. Do you not find most unino games boring.

I do find Union boring yes :D . But, you have opened up my point, if Goulding was good enough, as many people on here think, then why does HE not get more starts and more importantly - first team opportunities, now that Withers has retired. Because the coach doesn't rate him, I wonder?

Because he sees DV & Bailey as our best centres, whether we agree or not. He picked DV ahead of Withers anyway, despite Withers being given the #4 shirt.

You well could be right, not sure how Nobbie rates Goulding, maybe not as much as DV. Personally I think Goulding is a smashing player, still young and maybe that is why Nobbie is bringing him in slowly to get accustomed. Goulding is sure to be a terrific player for the future, like most players coming from Wigan's youth culture.

Panchitta Marra posted: No comparison between Vaeliki and Walker when it comes to ability.
Vaeliki wasnt named the worlds best centre for nothing, he lacks attitude.
Walker just lacks the lot, and could come nowhere near being named the worlds best centre, even at yawnion.
well what has happened to the so called best centre in the world since he came to wigan? did he leave all his skill on the plane? even now with some people saying vealiki has improved alot since last season i dont rate him atall! id take walker anyday of the week over vealiki!!
As I said, Vaeliki lacks attitude. He suffered a bad injury before coming to Wigan.
Some of his ability has been witnessed this season for Wigan. It will be interesting to see what your comments would be about Walker, if we sign him, and he gets settled in. If he is that good, why has he not stayed at Bath RU.

as iv said i hope we do get walker and if he shows the type of form he did at leeds that earned him gb call ups then id be more than happy!he is that good imo maybe the move to ru isnt working out for him only he know's maybe he doesnt like the game and wants to play league again!i think we we sign walker and have him and goulding in the centres then we'll have a far more attacking set of centres than we have a present!! i rate bailey but i think he's a second row!
