Whether the club agree or disagree is irrelevant the fact remains we cheated and have been punished for cheating end of argument. there is no ambiguity over £200k is there or was it the ball boys salary ??

it seems quite simple to me cp.. every team knows the salery cap and wigan have overspent it by 200K
its happened two years on the trot now you would have thought doris would have learnt the first time we got deducted points!

The bit that confuses me is why have two players there, they wouldn't act as character witnesses for MO, so maybe they were there to testify they took a deferment in their wages as previous rumours had suggested. If this was ignored and the RFL went on the contracted pay as oppossed to actual pay does this mean we could appeal? does it imply we will at least be well under the cap this year or does it mean I have just put 2 & 2 together and come up with 5? :eh:

I wasn't referring to the sentiment of your message, I was referring to the way the website is used, as is my duty as a moderator. When people are angry they tend to use language which is not appropriate or otherwise infringe the rules, I'm just trying to keep some sense of normality.

The fact that I partially disagree with your call for him to go is irrelevant, I want to hear the full story first before making any decisions.

Wigan now need To win EVERY GAME in the league to guarentee a play off place and with the inconsistancy of there game i cant see it happening.

Where is the clubs loyalty to the fans?????
I would like 2 free games to all fans THIS SEASON or reduced tickets to the final IF we get there.

So we have been found guilty by default (players deferring wages), so what about clubs that can pay players a higher wage by using offshore accounts.
Is that not in the spirit of the cap? :conf:
