I am on azureus vose and i just click it onto advanced. It then shows you download speed / upload speed / % downloaded

do you use Limewire or shareaza alex?, you can use them instead of a client, might be a little slower mind

Hi All,

In the interests in making this site better for everyone a feature of the site software has been switched on which disables download for unconnectable users. For the next week this will remain in place and all users who are unconnectable will be unable to connect to any torrents. This has been done because all the unconnectable users not only slow down the torrents for other users they are also inevitably the people who get banned for low ratio because they simply cannot connect to anyone else most of the time.

The bittorrent protocol has been around for many years now and this is not a new issue, so if you find that you cannot connect then please take the time to make sure you are connectable.

This will be switched off after next saturday but will return every week for a couple of days from now on until everyone gets connectable.

Well you can connect sooner if you want. At the moment your PC is unconnectable which did not matter before BUT now it does because they want to speed the site up. It is probably a firewall etc. If you click the link on the DIWANA announcement it will explain how to make yourself connectable.

You can but periodically they will do this again.
