Rob if you are on the pitch you are interfering with play. We even have rules about water carriers and such forth for that very reason
Somebody raises his knee but does not touch anybody is according to you interfering with play BUT somebody physically blocking the route somebody wants to take is not interfering with play. You cannot square the two mate.
3 great games on the bounce? Think that you have been bounced on your head Rob!
What about the high tackles he missed? The highly contentious penalty that arguably gave saints the game, The general inconsistency of his refereeing?
That's two games this season that klein has helped decide the outcome of - and you think he's outstanding?
If you intend to continue being a referee I hope you set your standards higher than Klein. He and Ganson are the worst referees since cummins retired.

Interviewer: So that obviously means that you're not going to St Helens and you're not going to Leeds?
Frano: I don't know why I would ever want to go to St Helens or Leeds

How do you explain markers then at the tackle, surely they are offside?!

Which referee has had the most play-off matches and the challenge cup final?
We'll just see who gets the Grand Final... you don't get high profile games by being a poor referee.
Do you think that they are hoping that if they give klein enough games he might have a good performance?
As the referee's are presumably selected by probably the worst referee in history (cummins) are you honestly trying to tell me that their is no favouritism in the selection of refs? I would have thought that it should have been awarded to Thaler - a young up and coming referee who has been far more consistent than either of the mupppets who have been in charge of the play-offs
And to further point out what everyone bar you (and predictably turf) are saying - check this quote from noted stains haters and wigan fans: the British Broadcasting Company
BBC report
Matty Smith, in at scrum-half for the injured Sean Long, kicked the conversion and then edged his side in front with another kick after Brent Webb was unfairly penalised.
Unless of course you do not consider their opinion (or reporting) valid because they are not a referee or an employee of the RFL?

I don't agree with the quote, I think the penalty was fully valid. Can you explain why then it was that Brent Webb lifted his knee? I've not heard one valid reason why he would do it as yet.
You sound like you think you'd make a good referee Matthew, why not give it a try?

Yeah - go on Mathew, give it a try. Surely you can do better than the "idiots" currently spoiling our game. (Even without all the Cummings claptrap and edicts)
IMO, you could do a better/more impartial job with your eyes closed and brain switched off.
