Why is the so called takeover taking so long?? I mean, come on surely they know we need to recruit soon

The take-over will be announced at a time when Rugby Yawning have finished the World Cup. It is hard enough to get press coverage of our game in a normal week. With England on the brink of pulling off the most unlikly win since David slew Goliath then they are right to wait.
