Stuart Fielden's agent has begun talks to engineer a move to Harlequins RL for the 2008 season. This move has been brought about by Wigan Warriors efforts to free up money under the salary cap. He is also being linked with a return to former club Bradford Bulls, although this is seen as unlikely.
Wikipedia is a joke as regards this sort of thing.
Given IL is still the owner of Quins and will be until he divests himself of his shares in the club any such move would have the entire RL world up in arms. I am sure the RFL would see it as IL using the fact he owns two clubs to further the interests of Wigan (or maybe even both of them) which is not something anyone else in the league is an a position to do.
I am sure it would be viewed as "not in the spirit" of something!
I don't see the logic in this idea anyway. Even if anyone thinks Fielden will have the same form as he did last season in 2008 what else are we going to get for his wages, two players showing the same level of form?
Is this a joke everyone has missed?
"Stuart is amazed at the gullability of most Wigan fans that they will believe everything they read on Wikipedia."
I think so!

So would i mike... I know i have given him stick but i try not to put it accross in a swearing manner. But Noble has Feilden for 80 mins to sort the defense out... Kind of like a pack leader. Fekas there for hard yards and impact... I think now we have coley... Try something new with him
