IMO no, we have Carmont and upandcoming Goulding. He will command a large wage and we hasve some decent wigan lads coming through pushing in 2009/10 for places.

Although Hape is world class... a No from me, but id like him but prefer our youth

James Slevin
Ces Mountford
And the “kind of rugby player you’d want to be in your dreams” James Leytham
Should be in the Wigan Warriors Hall

Would love to see this guy at the jjb next season in a wigan shirt...
I wouldn't, hes a great big fairy. And we have Carmont for the next two years, with Pryce in the other centre spot, it would make him an expensive sand bucket man
and lets face it Hape isnt fit to lace carmonts boots!

give me strength, hape is one of the best centres in the league when fit, but thats the problem the guy has had at least two knee reconstuctions and other long term injusy layoffs.

We were all wetting ourselves a couple of seasons ago when rumours were he was joining wigan now hes pants?

personally sad to see him leave the game, but at 27 go to rah rah and have an easier lfe, less games, less effort the same if not more money. I know I would (and if your honest most of you would too)!
Salary Cap is oft quoted on here. Just how many centres do you want? With Goulding getting the "nod" for the No.3 shirt, and with Carmont signed for two more years at least. If you count Karl Pryce (if he gets fit), then we have three centres there (not counting any juniors  )

Next you'll be advocating the signing of Matt Cooper too!! Just where do you envisage them all playing? Wasted in the forwards or wings.

on the whole happy with our centre options, but if pryce is spannered......
