Tremendous display but also a wonderful gesture to give the the charity cash to Wigan and Leigh Hospice. Usually money is given to Cancer etc, which i fully support, but this I think is a gesture that he is committed to us and i am sure that he will be admired for it.

Don't want to speak for "old Hooker" but I will anyway.
I think he means it was nice to see it given to a local charity and not a national one.
Makes sense to me.

Never mind the display. In his after match interview when receiving his MOTM award can anyone remember anyone, on the field or up a dark alley on a saturday night, looking more suspicious and shifty. I hope Feka was not thinking of calling him as a character witness.

We were there, I suppose people in life have only so much to offer, Hock being a rugby player, public speaker he is not! :)

I thought Thomas was quite amusing in his interview and also cute and cuddly in parts. Is it shyness or is he having a laugh?

he needs to slow down when he's talking, my grandad was baffled this morning trying to understand him when we watched it on DVD.

Wigan and Leigh is a very worthy cause and deserves this gesture from Tommy

Got to agree with that! He was the official guest at the presentation night when my lad collected his D of E award. Definitely not a public speaker (but David was thrilled to shake his hand!).
