The Sunday Telegraph can reveal the club will impose an injunction to stop the Kiwi Test forward from playing any form of football should he attempt to renege on the deal.
Bulldogs chief executive Todd Greenberg has also forecast legal action against rugby clubs looking to entice Williams to breach his contract.
