The only peoples lives that have been "ruined" are those determined to ruin them by self-destruction anyway!

Re: Team split
Tim Smith had a bad hamstring pull and relistically should not have played in the Giants game. Again, a player pushed in to play too soon. He could hardly walk two weeks ago.

And should have had at least a couple of games in the reserves first, as many of us said at the time.butt monkey wrote:A made a miracle recovery to play only one week later!Panchitta Marra wrote:Tim Smith had a bad hamstring pull and relistically should not have played in the Giants game. Spot on Butt Monkey, Smith played, but how well did he play. Looked like a real athlete to me. your opinion the same. More like a Mule shot in the ass.
Re: Team split
He was better, but still not that impressive. Took the wrong option too many times. He's got a lot of potential, though, I think with a few more games under his belt he's going to be a good 'un.Panchitta Marra wrote:Spot on Butt Monkey, Smith played, but how well did he play. Re: Team split
Tim Smith tweaked his hamstring, the reason he was limping so badly was he had new boots and they had rubbed and created big blisters
But he still has great potential and am looking forward to next season when he will be fully fit and raring to go, he never stops talking to the players and he is organising all the time. His bullet passes are fantastic and he's only playing at 70% so can't wait for the 100% to kick in Come on Timmy

Anyone can support a team when it is winning, that takes no courage.
But to stand behind a team, to defend a team when it is down and really needs you,
that takes a lot of courage. #18thMan

Re: Team split
Thanks for backing me up with Tims hamstring pull Josie. If he gets fit in mind and body, there is no doubt he will be a match winner. As Geoff said, the A grade games would have helped him on his way instead of pain killing injections to push him into first team action too soon.
Cant wait for this bloke to get it right.
