i personally think these pictures are just what someone thinks the kits are going to look like.

im not really impressed with their ideas either.

i would like to see uncle joe's sponsoring us but i can't see Santus' being a big enough business to provide a good amnount of money.


Id bring back Ellgren to make the kit
and have Heinz be the sponsor

The Home one is a cross of some of the kits we had in 80's and 90's and the one from 2004 but with a few more stripes on them.

The away one looks better without the white color. It does look like the nike kit from 1999.

The original poster on RLfans designed them from what he was told by someday who is supposedly in the know so these are just his interpretations, however i think the second one with the less hoops would be a fine shirt

the blue adidas one that looks like the first image is one of my favourite shirts, still wear it all the time. Also the red patrick one of 2004 that is very similar to those 80s ones is my favourite home shirt for years so i'm happy with these possible designs.

Anyone considered the idea that potential designs have been leaked as a market research exercise? has anyone actually seen a new shirt fully made up yet? these could just be to see what we the fans think?

I did the illustrations of the shirts on RLFans from information that was given to me from 2 different sources. Both these sources have seen photographs of the shirts without the sponsors on. I assume they are early prototypes. They are in no way a guess by me of what the kit should look like.

The away strip is an update of a kit that was used in the 50s or 60s and the home one looks to be an update of the 85 kit.

I am aware that it looks likely that Pirtek aren't the sponsor but the kit looked better with some sort of sponsor on it and I also had a good quality version of that logo due to work I've done in the past.

it doesnt look that bad, as someone has put it does look a bit old... The away shirt is alright but if that was the shirt i wouldnt buy it.
