I can't help but agreeing with you, Jim. Looking at the recent football transfers, there never seems to be any problems. Arsenal have just signed Andrey Arshavin from Zenit, in Russia. He signed today and they said he could be playing on Saturday. I know some people may argue that Russia is in the EEC or whatever, but some of these rules and visa restrictions are ridiculous and I'm sure that if players were coming over to play kissball or Union, then there wouldn't be half of the problems that there are with League players getting visas.
