It is a disappointment. However he cannot play until Nov 2010. He then has to be picked. Places in the England team cannot be guarenteed. Players are coming through all the time. There will be new kids on the block by then. He could end up another Briers just looking in the window and wishing, Jim

it is ridiculas, once a player plays for a country or is selected in a squad then they shouldnt be allowed to change to another country.

he is not guranteed a game either as we have burrow, and horne (if he stays fit), robinson, with young players like myler, tomkins and eastmond coming through so theres plenty of choices there. cant see him getting in the team
