in all fairness it seems a good partnership, now has 2 half years to build a super league outfit imo

Poor Widnes. Ah well, at least they didn't get Millward.

Not really, they were always a mid table team in the early years of SL, and that's what they remained, except for the year he took over, when they were towards the bottom.

He will do well at NL1 level.
That's probably true, I think he may have found his level.
