Overseas Coaching - Experience ?

Post by nathan_rugby »

Hi, im 17 and considering being a PE teacher as my career. Im also interested in doing rugby coaching as rugby is my heart and i am not going to make it as a proffessional player.

What are the opportunites at getting into coaching or doing overseas coaching to gain experience etc ?

I know a mate who goes to america 8 weeks of the year and does football coaching, interested in something similar but rugby league.

All help is appreciated.

thanks

PM a user on here called The Eclipse.

Personally as far as I know there is no camp America for RL but somebody like Eclipse might be able to point you in the right direction of an Aus club not necessarily a Pro one. Do you have any RFL coaching badges?

Nathan I saw a piece in a RL weekly that Paul Sculthorpe is launching a series of rugby camps. Well he is the name and there are various other ones for other sports under the same organisation.
