neither do we

I've been to a few Latcs games in the past (free tickets), and sat in the south stand. That stand gets far more people in for a Warriors game than it does for a Latics game. The atmosphere is far better at rugby in that stand. At least the Warriors fans chant and sing during a game. I say name every stand after a Warriors legend.

If anyone has an hour spare, check out the Latics 'History' page n their website... soo much to read: *cough* http://www.wiganlatics.co.uk/page/Histo ... 29,00.html

Go to Google and type 'wigan athletic legends' and nothing comes up conclusive.

The closest they have to a legend is Andy Liddell.

quote from wikipedia:
As of March 8, 2009, Wigan was the 32nd best supported club in England with an average attendance of 17,884[21] and, along with the other 19 Premier League clubs, ten Championship clubs[22] and two League One clubs[23] had better average attendance figures for the 2008-2009 season
