Just wondering, if any one knows if Wigan have brought out a wristband that is similar to the latest fashion statements?

Latest fashion? They've been going yonks.

But Wigan won't have them because they have to wait for the Bulls or Rhinos to initiate a marketing strategy - just another small way in which SL and summer rugby have not been embraced by the club.

We now play follow my leader in everything from marketing, coaching, player signings just about everything.

I didn't realise they were fashion statements, I thought they were in aid of different charities e.g. I have a yellow Lance Armstrong one in aid of cancer research and I know there is a black and white one in aid of world poverty and a blue anti-bullying one.

Well yeah they have become fashionable but thats why they were marketted in that fashion surely. The celebs wore them so the young 'uns do. My bodyfriend won a "strength" one in one of those 2p arcade machines the other day...Sorry for the "waste of time" post.

Hope Wigan do do something similar!

Wire have done one to help out a local charity and its primrose and blue, maybe we could do one for a local charity as well

We could join up with Rock FM and do it for Help a Local Child. Maybe Craig Beck should sort something out. Where are you Craig!
