On page 14 it states
We will work with the Scottish Government to deliver a successful Commonwealth Games in Glasgow in 2014, and ensure that the 2013 Rugby League and the 2015 Rugby Union World Cups are successful. We will strongly support the England 2018 World Cup bid.

Good news although the Labour government put everything in place for this it's good to see that there is a continuation.

All well and good. However,I would have more confidence in a government that did not allow Sky to monopolise the nation game.Yes I am a sky subscriber. So it does not really affect me so much.I remember the labour minister for sport( Banks) saying that Rugby League along with football Cricket etc would be free for all to view. And what happend ? Sky have taken over most things national! To highlight the beautiful game of Rugby League on free to view tv by any government would be a vote winner for me. :D
