I also believe TEW is on the money, (Morgan) spent too long in SL. I firmly believe and sound like a broken record but an NRL coach can only stay here for 3 years before they become no better other than personal qualities than a SL coach. A non NRL Aussie is no better than a British coach.
Somewhere we have to break the cycle though and that starts with Wane for me. We then need to bring in some succession coaches to learn from Wane and to have sabaticals in the NRL.
