NSW vs Queensland

Great game, full on intensity both attack & defence, and a superb spectacle.

How do we try to get our game on a par with that ? Any good suggestions ?

Both teams gave it everything but Queensland have 4 playmakers who play together for Aus and Queensland year after year and convert any gap into points. NSW need to develop a 4 that will be at their peak when Smith, Thurston, lockyer and Slater are retiring.

I think it would also help if NSW leave their spine alone for the full series, it was a good performance today I just thought NSW lacked one of those players who can pull a try from nothing.

Qld had Lockyer, Thurston, Slater and Smith who can all come up with that 1 special play.
