An old program called Animation shop
Sadly Corel didn't continue with a Vista or W7 version.
I just put the two jersey jpegs,(which are fortunately the same size),into the animation wizard & set the style of 'transition' I want between the frames. If I'm happy with the result the program then does all the legwork & file crunching for me. Too Easy right
