At least you'll be warm, StormFan, unlike all of us in the DW Freezer !

But roll on next week, all the same - been away too long :D

Yeah, Stormfan, got colder still here & minus 5 and -6 forecast all week, so hope our pitch will be ok for the match on Sunday and not frozen off, 'cos the latics at home the previous day, and the frost could get into the ground causing it to get rutted.

But the major concern, as you say, is how the new coach will go and until a few games under his belt, then the jury is out.

He was a popular fans choice, and has a great background at the club, especially bringing thru' Academy/Reserve players, also has some senior players around which can only be an advantage.

Here's hoping anyway - enjoy your Summer and 35 degrees.

HAS the weather improved for the first game of the season?(hope so) nothing worse than sitting at the footy and the temp is only about 12 or 14 deg.(esp; if your team is losing)

Try the temp being 1 to 4 degree and your team losing.

we are having a bit of a cold spell at the mo. The temp as not been above 10 deg all week.
