To do it once, is almost understandable, we all make mistakes. But, to do it twice within a few weeks of each other is an absolute disgrace. He should be dropped for a lot longer than 1 match.
It makes you wonder how many times this goes on. I bet there aren't that many fans that count the tackles as they're being made, and just rely on the ref telling us when it's the last.

Hughes' no try was on the fifth tackle and if held up should he have not been allowed to play the ball,video ref gave no try 20m restart, is this another case of losing count

After watching the replay a couple of times, I've not got a problem with the Hughes ruling. I think the knock on is fair enough.
