I think we will beat either Saints or Leeds (would love both but not being too greedy at the moment)
Just a gut feeling, both games are away from home and there is going to be less pressure on the lads than at JJB
Just looking for a big vocal following to really get behind them

Re: Record Score
Any other season I'd be positive and say we can do it but the question is, are Wigan of now capable of beating Leeds. I hope we do but even with 100% from each and every player on that field, it's still going to take alot out of them, they're a lot bigger than us. However, I still feel a win against Saints is likely to happen, I haven't lost my faith there!the pieman posted:

I just want our lads to give Leeds a game on Sat night, a win is just a massive bonus. I can't be there because I work till half 5 every Sat but I'll be vocally supporting in my comfy armchair!

I've been arguing with a fellow wiganer at work that we will beat Saints or Leeds
I feel it in my water (or the becks that I'm drinking)

Re: Record Score
Just read this;"It is a daunting task facing the Warriors, who suffered a record 38-14 home defeat by the champions in April, and new coach Ian Millward as he approaches the anniversary of the 70-0 thrashing handed out to his St Helens outfit at Headingley last July."Doveoverdave posted:

Apparently the record score against us is 53 points. Leeds beat us 53-4.
Any chance of this record being broken this year? Bulls have had a hiding to the tune of 66 points.
Given that we have such a tough run in to the season and the big cup game at Saints I think it may well be possible that the team may capitulate and get walloped sometime between now and October.
