Seasonal Memberships Smash the 8,500 Barrier

Post by josie andrews »

The hunger for the new Super League season is growing as Wigan Warriors fans have been snapping up Seasonal Memberships in their droves.

The Warriors are on target to pass 10,000 Seasonal Membership sales for a record seventh consecutive year and are aiming to be the Best Supported Club in Super League for the fourth year in a row. The Club has recorded an average attendance over 16,000 for the last two seasons and are hoping to repeat this achievement during the 2013 Super League campaign.

Fans are reminded that all remaining seats at the DW Stadium are now on General Sale on a first come, first served basis at the Early Bird price until the 21st December 2012 and the Wigan faithful can save up to 22% by buying now rather than on a match-by-match basis.

Wigan Warriors Marketing Director, Simon Collinson commented:

"It is fantastic to see interest growing every season and passing 8,500 sales as memberships go on general sale is great to see. Many fans are seeing the value in buying early and not missing out on the best prices."

Seasonal memberships offer a number of benefits in addition to a guaranteed place at the DW Stadium through the 2013 season. Members can save up to 50% on their Magic ticket as Wigan face Leeds at the Etihad Stadium at the end of May plus priority on cup, final, playoff and away match tickets, a 10% discount on a 2013 home or away shirt, entry into exclusive members events such as fans forums and last week's RL Live 2 challenge, entry into academy home games, a 2013 fixture card, scrum ticket offer and much more.

Starting at £221 for adults and just £26 for adults, with further massive savings for families, Seasonal Membership are now on sale from the DW Stadium Ticket Office, Ticket Hotline on 0871 66-33-552 and online at Warriors E-Tickets, with more information available by [clicking here]

Anyone can support a team when it is winning, that takes no courage.
But to stand behind a team, to defend a team when it is down and really needs you,
that takes a lot of courage. #18thMan
