I'm not sure they are all full time - I was looking at hose profiles the other week and some have a job and some don't. The ones with jobs listed I think are Hicks and Roby, who apparently is a philosopher. Now if that isn't an occupation that lends itself to officiating matches on behalf of the RFL I don't know what is!
