Sorry Josie, I wasn't nit picking, it was a genuine question. I didn't know if they'd gone back to part time referees. You are far more clued up than most so I thought you may know something.
I didn't mean to cause any offence.
You didn't, I was joking hence the
Anyone can support a team when it is winning, that takes no courage.
But to stand behind a team, to defend a team when it is down and really needs you,
that takes a lot of courage. #18thMan

The best form of defence is attack!!

Completely missed the  I'm full of cold and flu remedies in an attempt to be fit for tomorrow's game. If I feel like this I may have to get a note from my mum and miss the game :(

Hicks is the solicitor who looks like Cummings love child
Surely you mean former solicitor? I thought they were all full time referees now?
I know they are full time, that is just nit picking

I'm not sure they are all full time - I was looking at hose profiles the other week and some have a job and some don't. The ones with jobs listed I think are Hicks and Roby, who apparently is a philosopher. Now if that isn't an occupation that lends itself to officiating matches on behalf of the RFL I don't know what is!
