And your point is?
It's like this every year for the pitch to be relaid :exc:

Anyone can support a team when it is winning, that takes no courage.
But to stand behind a team, to defend a team when it is down and really needs you,
that takes a lot of courage. #18thMan

Re: away matches
I don't know if the pitch is relaid every year but they definitely give it time to 'recover' during sunnier times with a spell without games on it. That bloody football, always ruins our lovely playing surface by being on it all through the winter. We hand it back to them like a carpet in September, then its always a mess by the time we get it back in February. Its awful really, makes it harder for our guys to play until they leave off in May.josie andrews wrote:And your point is?

Re: away matches
It does seem daft to me that when we finally have the Stadium all to ourselves, we just play a load of away matches!
But the pitch needs to be relaid....
