And rightly so
Why Rightly so? A blackboard is black, is it not. Do people not call whiteboards that any more, because it's deemed racist against whites. The whole pc culture has gone mad. It's the colour of an object, not a racist slur, get a grip!!
Sad
Can you explain, with sensible logic, why my post is sad? In relation to you seeminlgy agreeing that calling a blackboard, just that, is deemed as racist?

Just got it via Bilko that Matty Bowen is retiring at the end of the season & not coming to Wigan
Anyone can support a team when it is winning, that takes no courage.
But to stand behind a team, to defend a team when it is down and really needs you,
that takes a lot of courage. #18thMan

However the elusive fullback - who is off contract at the end of the year - is yet to decide what he will do in 2014, with a move to England's Super League giants Wigan still being negotiated.

Bowen will take up an overseas playing position or switch to off-field roles with the Cowboys and NRL, working as an ambassador and with the club's community programs, the club said in a statement on Friday.

So he's retiring in order to carry on playing - makes plenty of sense that

Retiring from playing in the NRL BM, Remember for many journos Down Under they think it is NRL or nothing. They probably think SL is 'retiring'

A lot of players are wishing him well for the future as well.

This was his tweet this morning. If he was staying on with the club in an off field role surely he would mention it?
