A Liitle Perspective here!

Post by Kittwazzer »

Need to correct everyone's perceptions about tonights game. Wigan did not win, Huddersfield lost.
And here are the reasons why.

Anderson's inexperience let him down. In concentrating on coming top of the league which means having to try to win every game, he couldn't deal with the challenge of knockout rugby where you have to try to win, er......every match!

The draw was ffixed. We threw game against Leeds last week to avoid Warrington who would have destroyed us. As would Leeds, St Helens and Melbourne Storm who we have also deliberately avoided.

Huddersfield were without their star players Harold 'Waggy' Wagstaff and
Albert 'Rozzy' Rosenfeld who were both pulled out of the team at the last minute due to their being dead

Having won tonight, we are sadly unable to play next week against any of the lower teams who are all showing better form than us and would beat us off the park.

Have I missed owt Dave?????

Sorry for starting a new thread. Was going to post on one of the others but then I looked and decided none of them deserved any negativity from me!

BLOODY WELL DONE WIGGIN!!!????????????

Don't forget though, the only thing that saved us was the rain, even Stevo that font of all knowledge said so, or was it Hemings?

Hope Wane had Super League Backchat on a loop - perfect motivation.

Wonder if Leeds are kicking themselves now. Can't wait for Saturday. Nice few hours in the ale house enjoying some glorious rugby when my only interest is academic.

Life doesn't get much better! :)

Probably not. They obviously just went out to win the game regardless of final league position as we did.
