Discuss all things Wigan Warriors. Comments and opinions on all aspects of the club's performance are welcome.

Has this come from the Salford fan on twitter?

Yes but via the Salford fan on twitter? That is what is on rlfans anyway.

Regardless of that if its true this would be a really stupid decision by the club.

It could be just a wind up from a Salford fan.

Wigan have acted very shabby with the handling of Hansens contract. Enforcing his final year of a contract with no negotations to extend is throwing him the wrong vibes He loves the club and does not want to leave but unfortunately the club are doing nothing to allay his fears leaving him with no option but to seek work elsewhere. My fear is with Koukash having a open cheque he will reluctantly go.

I have heard that Salford have made an offer for Hansen and which is being considered. This is from a good source who is involved with Salford.

Harrison Hansen is getting his Testimonial next season!

They're not gonna give him a testimonial if he's leaving!

And that's from someone definitely in the know & very much closer to him than someone on Twitter or Salford!

Anyone can support a team when it is winning, that takes no courage.
But to stand behind a team, to defend a team when it is down and really needs you,
that takes a lot of courage. #18thMan

I hope this isn't going to be another Steve Hampson scenario, remember, a pile-up of broken bones and other injuries and he (Hampo) was pieced up just before his testimonial. Hansens wrist is giving cause for concern, it's not been right all season. this might be a sticking point with the contract talks.

Hanson already spoke about this ages ago on wigan.tv and he's staying here for as long as wigan want him. This is just a rehash of an old story brought up so the stupid react
