Ashton Bears ARLFC
Ashton Bears ARLFC
Sad to hear that their clubhouse has been targeted by some lowlife that has set fire to it and its been destroyed.
Its times like these when hopefully the RL family will rally round and help this relatively young club to re-establish itself in the community.
Good luck to Ashton and hopefully the criminals will be caught and get what they deserve.

The saddest part is the miscreants are probably of juvenile age and the people they are hurting most are other children. The paper said the club had recently decorated the walls with memorabilia from their 25 years and that was obviously destroyed.
It would be nice if Wigan / Saints players could think of Ashton Bears when receiving MOM awards.

Proceeds from the Riversiders next meetings raffles in March are being donated to Ashton Bears to help a little towards costs to rebuild the club.
Anyone can support a team when it is winning, that takes no courage.
But to stand behind a team, to defend a team when it is down and really needs you,
that takes a lot of courage. #18thMan
