I've had a problem with this facility when using WINDOWS 8 which doesn't occur when I use a laptop running Vista. Part of the ticket is blacked out when I open the PDF file.
Has anyone else found this?

I don't use Windows 8 personally, but it sounds like a driver problem, make sure the latest drivers for the PDF reader and Windows 8 are installed
I was going to buy a book called "The Power of Positive Thinking", and then I thought: What good would that do?

Thanks for the suggestions.

I've had that problem before.
Try downloading a different PDF reader app from the apps store (a free one) and then viewing it with that app instead.
This worked for me - and printed fine.

Thank you Aluaka, go to the top of the class.
I've downloaded the latest Adobe Reader (Free) and successfully viewed and printed a Wigan ticket.

Have you tried switching it off and switching it on again? Works with my Sky box!
