Was not expecting to be reading this today but fair play if it makes you happy then crack on (no pun intended)

Completely unexpected.

Must be awful to be born into a body that you feel you don't belong in. Hope she's happy going forward.
Footballers spend 90 minutes pretending they're injured. Rugby League players spend 80 minutes pretending they're not.

I was shocked when I read it to be honest. It is impossible to understand but I was perplexed as to why somebody who feels female wanted to become part of an incredibly masculine sport like boxing.

I'd class football as a masculine game since they stopped slipping the tongue after a goal was scored. With that, Karen Brady hasn't caught much harm!

Very brave to come out and admit it to the world..my only question is why now after all this time? This is not a criticism of the man by the way. Just wondering why he waited so long. It's rather like Chris from England's butchers on Pemberton.

I presume he has reached an age where he has sufficient wealth and little day to day involvement in business for those two things to be adversely affected. I am not sure a sex change Frank could have been actively involved in the sport of boxing.
