Grand Final Ticket - Website keep crashing

Anybody managed to buy any tickets online from the club. I have 2 tickets in my basket, every time I click "Proceed to checkout" it crashes. With the error

An unknown error has occurred. Please press continue to return to the ticket hub.


And around and around I go

Same problem for me not impressed at all. Don't live in Wigan so online or phone is the only way for me to get tickets

Its just taken my tickets out of my basket now. Timed me out. Come on Wigan sort out this rubbish

Had to drive to wigan from Chester and queue so I could get a ticket where I wanted to sit, as the club seem unable to sort out a way where supporters from outside of wigan can order event tickets!!!! Wigan must have known there would be huge demand for the online service, but still won't do a telephone service!!! I was planning on watching the u19s final but had to go for my grand final tickets instead. Even then most of the places I wanted to sit had already gone!!! As my head teacher wife would say.......must try harder!!!!!

I ended up driving to the ticket office to get ours.
