If we cut out the penalties we might find there is a decent side capable of playing good rugby. Even at half time i was confident we would win we look deadly with ball in hand problem is its not sticking often enough and that's not just 1 player.

It's a game that previously we may have lost, well done for the win. Thought Connor Farrell looked enterprising, let's not forget we were missing both first choice halves as well.

Bateman was the difference. That step was phenomenal.
Footballers spend 90 minutes pretending they're injured. Rugby League players spend 80 minutes pretending they're not.

Bateman has been the far better player in both matches

I think Joel was man of match he was none stop running tacking from start to finish, very closely followed by Jon Bateman who is rapidly becoming one of my favorite players who is pure class with a bit of sh@thouse in him.

Bateman, Tomkins, the big young prop whose name escapes me and perhaps Crosby deserve to start next week v Brisbane which leaves us frighteningly short.

Anyone can support a team when it is winning, that takes no courage.
But to stand behind a team, to defend a team when it is down and really needs you,
that takes a lot of courage. #18thMan

Why wasn't Larne Patrick forced back on the bus back to Huddersfield where he belongs and Jack Hughes shackled back in Wigan. Patrick has been diabolical for Wigan in the two performances showing the heart the size of a pea, whilst not mustering 20+ minutes per game.
Jack has massed up tackles and set up tries including those in tonights game.
Patrick on this form is not good enough and should be sent back to Huddersfield.
