What beggars believe is that you think you are the only one with the correct opinion of people. And before anyone tries to get clever never called ratchford a devil just said he had his chance and missed it. and it is MY OPINION.
I wasn't refering to you, it was a few other fans i was having a sly dig at
In that case I apologise. I thought it was a dig at me because of the support I have given the player you refer to
rightly or wrongly I do still stand by him.

He didn't exactly snub us.
My info is that he was prepared to accept a lower offer than the one he got from Wire but not as low as Wigan were offering. That's hardly snubbing us, more like him looking after his financial security.
I wouldn't swap him for Hampshire but he would certainly be a great signing for us. He can cover any position in the back line and will make a great loose forward in the coming years.
Sorry Jobo but he DID snub Wigan in fact twice the first was the same terms as Wire where offering and the second time it was more. Please don't ask me to prove it because I can't. Just know that this happened. That's why imo his bridges are burn't.But hey lets wait and see.
Don't doubt for a minute that what you're saying is true but there's always two sides to every story. Think after the shabby way he was treated by Wigan when he was initially sold may have lead to him being a bit of a hard arse in negotiating to come back. A mistake by him imo but understandable.

Your probably right about him being hard regarding negotiating .I was just pointing out that imo he had his chance to return and blew it imo. Would make a brilliant utility player for Wigan but can't see it and would not want him at the expense of a up and coming youngster.

Ratchford signed a long term deal recently I think, If so then it will be another transfer fee.If Gells is off to the NRL then that should be a fee for him too!
If Ratchford did come to Wigan I bet he'd take over the goal kicking. Also what position will he play? He doesn't seem a netural replacement for Gelling.
