To hopefully quash the pryce rumour I have been speaking to a work colleague today who has connections at stains. He is apparently still on his way to them

Sean Long has agreed to see out the final 2 years of his contract also (how much truth in the above I dont know)

With regards to world class there are only a couple of current GB internationals who I would give that accolade

1.P sculthorpe (even though we give him loads of abuse)
2.P gleeson (I did mention this one a few months ago even though I think it unlikely)
3. D mcguire (think he has just extended his contract at leeds though) and still yet unproven at the highest level
4. Morley - unlikely to come home yet (would you come back to the weather in this country)

Outside of this you are looking at best good to average and will not really add anything to the party unless they are from overseas

I feel that deacon, pryce, peacock (may add to the team), halliwell, reardon (been linked earlier in season) and various others are not going to strengthen the squad for next year.

They certainly dont fall into World Class - make us unbeatable
