Dereck 'Rocky' Turner RIP

Post by cpwigan »

A genuine British RL legend was lost this week. He was even revered and feared in Australia.

Missed this CP. Seen him play a few times - well named "Rocky".
He played in the great Wakefield team with other greats.
Sad loss.

He was one of the three best ever loose forwards all playing in that era along with Whiteley and Karalius. Great player.
